By participating in this competition hosted on Facebook, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
To participate, you must be a woman and the owner of a small business and you must tag one or more female business owners in our Competition post on Facebook. Any entries that do not meet these criteria will be ineligible.
To enter the competition, complete the entry form on out website at https://logicinnovations.co.za/website-competition/ and tag one or more female business owners in our Competition post on Facebook. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.
The prize includes a basic, one-page website designed and hosted by Logic Innovations as well as one year free hosting. Hosting fees may occur thereafter should you wish to keep your website online. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
The winner will be selected randomly. Each tags earns you an additional entry. The decision of the organizer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.
By participating in this competition, you grant the organizer the right to use your name, business name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, both online and offline.
All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
The organizer and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with your participation in this competition or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
The organizer is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, or unauthorized access to participants’ information on Facebook or any other platform.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of termination, the organizer may, at its discretion, select the winner from among eligible entries received before the termination date.
